Punk & Hip-Hop Collide At NYC Photo Exhibit

There’s an amazing new exhibition that happening at The Morrison Hotel Gallery down at 313 Bowery (the old CB’s Gallery space) called ‘Catch The Beat: The Roots Of Punk and Hip-Hop’ featuring extraordinary photos by Janette Beckman and David Corio.   You would think that the two styles wouldn’t mesh, but seeing The Ramones, Blondie, The Clash next to shots of Run-DMC, Eric B & Rakim and L.L. Cool J, the movements were saying the same thing but coming from two different fronts.

You can call 212-677-2253 or go to http://www.morrisonhotelgallery.com for more information.

Please go out and support these two amazing photographers.
