It’s been a crazy couple of weeks…
I’m happy to announce that I have an article featured in the Winter 2011 edition of Rebel Magazine! I wrote the ‘Get Involved’ piece based on the Academy Award winning documentary ‘The Cove’ and how the dolphin slaughters in Japan continue despite the horrors that the film exposed. Rebel Magazine is available now at Barnes and Noble and Borders. Thanks to Ron Matejko & the crew at Rebel for their support. You can go to http://www.rebelmagazine.com to read some of the articles. Hopefully, more writing will be happening for me!
The Black Rock Coalition held it’s ‘Drop The Bomb’ party last week at The Gibson Guitar Showcase Room and it was in a word, EPIC. We featured bands from the new BRC compilation CD, ‘Rock n Roll Reparations, Vol 2’ all night long and they all KILLED. Got to see a lot of long time friends and make some new ones. ‘Rock n Roll Reparations, Vol 2’ will be available as a physical CD and a digital download. The digital version will feature 6 extra songs! I’ll keep you posted on when it’ll be widely available.
Here’s to another 25 Years!
Speaking of Black Rock…
‘Black Rock Volume 1’ is now available as an e-book through Amazon and Barnes & Noble for only $9.99!
Special thanks to Anthony Pizziatolla and Pat Aievoli at The Digital Age Group for making this happen!
I also have to give a major shout to Ron & Fez for allowing to make the announcement about the book on their show and letting me co-host the Stars Too edition of ‘Ron Bennington Interviews’ to promote the BRC and the book there as well. They have been tremendously supportive and I’ll never forget it! Ron & Fez can be heard weekdays from 11a-3p on XM 202 Sirius 197. ‘Ron Bennington Interviews’ can be heard Sunday afternoons at 2 on Stars Too and Sunday night at 7pm on XM 202 Sirius 197. Love ya buddies! I haven’t forgot the O&A crew either – I have nothing but love for them!
